Established in 1850, Khem Singh Seva Singh Jewellers holds the distinction of being the first jewellery store at Hari Singh High Street, Amira Kadal. With a heritage spanning over 175 years, it has remained a symbol of fine craftsmanship, trust, and timeless elegance.

The journey began with S. Thakar Singh, originally from Muzaffarabad, who set up the store at Hari Singh High Street, laying the foundation for generations to come. His sons, S. Khem Singh and S. Tara Singh, expanded the store’s reach, earning widespread recognition. During their time, the store became known as S. Khem Singh Tara Singh Jewellers, a name that resonated so deeply in the community that it was even mentioned in marriage folk songs.

For over six decades, S. Seva Singh, son of S. Khem Singh and S. Tara Singh, upheld the family’s legacy, further strengthening its reputation. Later, his son, S. Amar Jit Singh, ensured that honesty and principles remained at the core of the business while steering it toward modern jewellery trends.

Today, the store continues to flourish under the leadership of S. Hardev Singh and S. Manveer Singh, sons of S. Amar Jit Singh. Though the name evolved to Khem Singh Seva Singh Jewellers, the store remains deeply committed to its traditional values, seamlessly blending heritage with modern craftsmanship.
